How does your shipping work?

We offer worldwide air freight shipping.

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 2 business days. If we happen to be out of stock, we will immediately contact the factory for a new batch. However, we guarantee that all non-customized orders will ship within 5 business days.

If your order includes customized content, the process typically takes longer as we need to communicate directly with the artist.

Once shipped, air freight usually takes 5 to 15 days to arrive at your address. Please note that the exact delivery time may vary due to regional shipping policies and customs procedures.
